Patricia Blackledge
Dr. Lalida Chupatanakul
Dr. Lalida Chupatanakul, a board-certified geriatrician and family medicine physician, specializes in high-quality, team-based care for older adults. She has served as a primary care physician at VA clinics, leading within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model focused on wellness and prevention. An experienced educator, she has trained medical students and residents and led a dementia and geriatric assessment program. Dr. Chupatanakul earned her medical degree in Thailand and completed her residency and fellowship in Illinois, receiving multiple awards for excellence.
In her free time, she enjoys family activities, running, biking, archery, photography, and scrapbooking.
Delecia Crannell
Delecia Crannell, Family Nurse Practitioner, brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for patient-centric care to her role at Immanuel Pathways Central Iowa. Graduating from Graceland University in 2010, Delecia is committed to ongoing education and is pursuing additional certifications in mental health and nursing education. Specializing in wound and pulmonary care, she is dedicated to empowering her patients through education and informed decision-making. Delecia's commitment to providing holistic care is evident in her dedication to improving the well-being of seniors in the community.
Dr. Devin Fox
Before coming to Immanuel, he served as Chief Medical Officer at Creighton University Medical Center Bergan Mercy Hospital. He is a member of the Creighton University School of Medicine faculty and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is active in the Omaha community with service on the Boards of Directors of the Josie Harper Hospice House, the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts, the BLUEBARN Theatre, and the Metro Omaha Medical Society Foundation.

Melony Loy
Melony Loy, an integral member of the Immanuel Pathways team for four years, leads the End of Life workgroup at Immanuel Pathways Central Iowa with passion and dedication. Holding both a master's and doctorate from Chamberlain College of Nursing, Melony's academic journey reflects her commitment to enhancing end-of-life care for seniors. With a focus on providing comfort and education during life's transitions, she strives to ensure that seniors receive compassionate care that honors their dignity and wishes. Melony's leadership exemplifies Immanuel's commitment to excellence in senior care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
Dr. Natalie Manley
Dr. Natalie A. Manley, MD, MPH, serves as the Medical Director for Immanuel Pathways, embodying a steadfast commitment to compassionate geriatric care. With a medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and specialized training in geriatrics from the University of Utah, Dr. Manley brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Focused on interdisciplinary care management for older adults, including those with complex medical conditions and dementia, she prioritizes the values and preferences of each individual. Dr. Manley's dedication to supporting caregivers underscores her holistic approach to geriatric medicine, ensuring that each person receives care that aligns with their unique needs and desires.
