Thrive by Immanuel wellness staff are all certified, trained experts with advanced education in exercise science and other health-related areas. They understand what fitness programs are beneficial to aging adults and meet one-on-one with residents to develop wellness plans with a focus on:

Healthy dining options
We recognize that residents and guests have diverse food preferences. Keeping this in consideration, we are happy to adjust menu selections to better accommodate your individual needs. Look out for the Thrive Healthy Choice logo on community menus to easily identify our Thrive Healthy Options. These options adhere to the following criteria:
- Entrée: Less than 750 calories, less than 8g of saturated fat, and less than 700 mg of sodium
- Appetizers and sides: Less than 250 calories, less than 3g of saturated fat, and less than 600 mg of sodium
Additionally, smaller portions of select menu items are also available.

Not your average wellness opportunities
Immanuel Adventures is a unique wellness program designed to challenge norms and explore senior wellness beyond their retirement community. With a goal of quarterly adventure programming, participants undergo weeks of training to build strength and balance prior to activities, which have included everything from pickleball to rock climbing.
