Education Affiliation Program
Immanuel’s Education Affiliation Program embraces students from various colleges and university affiliations within our network. The program creates a learning environment within our communities and centers, particularly in the specialized realm of retirement living and senior care. This exposure allows students to garner real-world insights into the needs of older adults, contributing to their professional development while enriching the lives of the residents they serve.
How to apply
The application windows are as follows:
- January 1-31: Applications open for rotations starting in April or May, with notification given between February 1-15.
- April 1-30: Applications open for rotations starting in June or July, with notification given between May 1-15.
- July 1-31: Applications open for rotations starting in September or October, with notification given between August 1-15.
- October 1-31: Applications open for rotations starting in January or February, with notification given between November 1-15.
Note: Applying during the specified windows doesn't guarantee approval for a practicum or placement at Immanuel. Selection is competitive, and placements depend on the merit of the applications.
