Immanuel’s CHRIST Promises Awards are quarterly awards granted to outstanding co-workers nominated by their peers who exemplify our values of compassion, honor, relationships, integrity, serve, and teamwork.
The Landing is pleased to honor Jamie Kendle as our second-quarter CHRIST Promises honoree. Since joining The Landing on August 1, 2022, Jamie has consistently demonstrated the values behind CHRIST Promises.
Her compassion shows in the patience and care she brings to every interaction. In a senior living community, technology can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Jamie meets residents where they are, offering guidance, reassurance, and a calm, steady presence. She treats everyone with respect, always taking the time to listen and ensuring people feel heard and supported.
Jamie also understands that her work goes beyond fixing devices; she helps people stay connected. Whether she’s setting up a FaceTime call or troubleshooting an issue, she plays an important role in maintaining relationships and quality of life for our residents.
Her integrity is evident in her reliability. When Jamie commits to something, she follows through. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, but it has a meaningful impact on our daily operations. Jamie is always willing to step in and help, and she works well across departments to support both residents and team members. Jamie is a steady, positive presence at The Landing.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, Lucas, and their daughters, Rose and Amelia, as well as golf, fitness, cooking, reading, and walks.
