The Landing hosted its annual Employee Picnic, featuring Raising Cane's, on the veranda! During lunch, our CHRIST Promises Award recipient for the quarter was announced: Jamie Brown!
Jamie has been a valued member of The Landing since October 6, 2003, and her steady presence has shaped our community in meaningful and lasting ways. A devoted wife to Randy and proud mother to Jaxson and Hannah, Jamie brings the same grounded warmth she shares with her family into her work each day.
She treats every person with kindness and respect, listens without judgment, and is always willing to help however she can. Her commitment to educating and supporting her teammates has strengthened our team, and her leadership is marked by patience, professionalism, and quiet confidence.
During times of transition, Jamie stepped into additional responsibilities with grace and positivity, ensuring our residents continued to receive exceptional care and our staff felt supported. Residents often express how comforted and confident they feel knowing Jamie is caring for them: a reflection of her warm tone, her reliability, and her dedication.
Jamie is a trusted colleague, an exceptional leader, and someone who consistently goes above and beyond for both residents and staff. We are honored to recognize her with this award.
