Kahla Anderson
Dr. Kahla Anderson, DNP, FNP-BC, ARNP, brings her deep-rooted passion for compassionate care to Immanuel Pathways as a primary care provider. A proud native of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and a fifth-generation resident, Dr. Anderson holds a doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) and is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner. With an extensive background in healthcare, including serving underserved populations on Native American reservations, she is dedicated to helping seniors age with dignity and grace. Dr. Anderson's commitment to Immanuel's Christ-centered mission resonates deeply with her personal values, as she strives to empower others to live their best lives. Outside of work, she cherishes time spent with her loving family and finds joy in outdoor adventures, travel, and serving her church community.
Maria Chong-Ramasute
Dr. Maria Chong-Ramasute, MD, found her calling in the innovative model of care offered by Immanuel Pathways. Inspired by her mentor's vision of PACE® (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), Dr. Chong-Ramasute's journey led her from Texas to the Midwest, where she embraces her ideal role. With extensive experience in long-term care settings and an understanding of geriatric medicine, she is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through comprehensive, personalized care. Dr. Chong-Ramasute's transition to Immanuel reflects a serendipitous alignment of purpose, marking a new chapter in her mission of serving with compassion and excellence.
Shelbie Dworak
Dr. Devin Fox
Before coming to Immanuel, he served as Chief Medical Officer at Creighton University Medical Center Bergan Mercy Hospital. He is a member of the Creighton University School of Medicine faculty and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is active in the Omaha community with service on the Boards of Directors of the Josie Harper Hospice House, the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts, the BLUEBARN Theatre, and the Metro Omaha Medical Society Foundation.
Dr. Natalie Manley
Dr. Natalie A. Manley, MD, MPH, serves as the Medical Director for Immanuel Pathways, embodying a steadfast commitment to compassionate geriatric care. With a medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and specialized training in geriatrics from the University of Utah, Dr. Manley brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Focused on interdisciplinary care management for older adults, including those with complex medical conditions and dementia, she prioritizes the values and preferences of each individual. Dr. Manley's dedication to supporting caregivers underscores her holistic approach to geriatric medicine, ensuring that each person receives care that aligns with their unique needs and desires.
Angela Parker
Angela Parker, MSN, ARNP, AGNP-C, serves as a primary care provider at Immanuel Pathways Southwest Iowa, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. With a master of science in nursing from Morningside University and certification as an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner, Angela's nursing journey encompasses diverse areas such as palliative care, surgical care, mental health, and forensic nursing. Her decade-long service in the U.S. Air Force reflects her dedication to service and excellence. Angela's commitment to providing holistic care aligns perfectly with Immanuel's mission, ensuring that seniors receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs.
Phil Rossi
Philip Rossi serves as the Program Relationship Manager at Immanuel Pathways of Southwest Iowa. With 11 years in healthcare marketing, seven at Immanuel enhancing the PACE® Program, he advocates for equitable access to quality healthcare. Philip educates the community about PACE® and facilitates access to essential resources.

Dani Swanger, Executive Director of Immanuel Pathways of Southwest Iowa, brings over 17 years of experience in healthcare, including a decade in strategic leadership roles. With a specialized focus on the elderly population, Dani has dedicated five years to elevating healthcare standards within the southwest Iowa market.
