Participating at Immanuel Pathways of Southwest Iowa is about more than just health care services. Our focus is on mind, body, and soul. Through experiences, trips, programming, and activities, our participants receive much more than just a healthcare provider.

Participants approve of comprehensive support and integrated approach

Each year, Immanuel asks all participants to participate in an annual satisfaction survey*. These surveys provide participants the chance to let us know how we are doing with things like dining, life enrichment activities, respect, attention, and more. The results of the survey are compared to national benchmarks, and help us identify where we need to focus our attention to improve.

*Note: The PACE® Participant Experience Survey was conducted by vendor Align and was sent in April 2025. Align is a private vendor and not part of Immanuel Communities or Immanuel Pathways.

Activities & programming

The Immanuel Pathway Centers are the central hub for PACE® in Nebraska and Iowa. Participants can visit the center daily to see healthcare professionals, enjoy meals, and participate in activities. The Immanuel Pathways Life Enrichment Team plans fun, creative, and stimulating programs that get participants moving and thinking!
