Congratulations to Trinity Village’s CHRIST Promises Award recipient for this quarter, Bee Leone!
Bee joined Trinity Village in 2023 as a dishwasher and transitioned into a care partner role in November 2024. Since then, she has made a remarkable impact on the residents and team members around her through her compassion, positivity, and dedication to serving others.
Bee has a special way of connecting with residents, taking time each day to sit, visit, and build meaningful relationships. Her genuine care shines through in everything she does, whether it's bringing joy with thoughtful surprises, planning special activities, or finding creative ways to make everyday moments a little brighter.
Throughout the year, Bee has gone above and beyond to create memorable experiences for residents. From helping residents prepare for special events to organizing movie nights to volunteering her time and talents at community celebrations, she consistently looks for ways to make others feel valued and cared for.
In addition to her exceptional care for residents, Bee is a team member others can always count on. Her positive attitude, dependable nature, and willingness to help make her a joy to work with and a trusted member of the Trinity Village family.
