The CHRIST Promises Award is a quarterly award granted to outstanding co-workers who are nominated by their peers. This award meets the Immanuel standards of Compassion, Honor, Relationships, Integrity, Serve, and Teamwork.
Pacific Springs’ recipient this quarter is someone who follows Immanuel’s mission and CHRIST Promises each time she comes to work and has been a valued employee for six years: Nicki Madden! Nicki serves as the housekeeper in Assisted Living at Pacific Springs.

She will go above and beyond her position to serve their needs and the needs of the Pacific Springs team. Nicki has built deep relationships and connects with every resident that she interacts with. There have been many times when she stepped up and cared for residents and other staff in ways that are unique to her heart. Her character remains the same whether her good deeds are acknowledged or not. Her work ethic is an inspiration to me, and I believe she deserves to be recognized for her many contributions to this community.”
