Lasandra Malone has been named Newport House's quarterly CHRIST Promises Award recipient.
Lasanda is a nursing assistant and is a great example of a team member who lives the CHRIST Promises each day. She is kind and considerate to all residents, and she takes the time to understand their individual needs. Lasandra is patient and knows how to work effectively with residents who may be challenging at times.
Her good sense of humor and easy-going personality help put residents at ease. She takes the time to get to know each resident and learn how they prefer their daily routines. Lasandra is gentle, compassionate, and a pleasure to work with.
