Since joining the Lakeside campus in July 2007, Alicia Deluna has been a fantastic addition to the community and is an employee who embodies our CHRIST Promises every day.
Alicia demonstrates and exemplifies our CHRIST Promises each time she is in the community – especially through her interactions and relationships with others.
According to her peers and nomination forms, Alicia has been a tremendous asset to Lakeside for over 18 years. She is always available to help her team and support them through challenges.
She does not complain, even when the department is going through stressful situations. Alicia goes above and beyond for the residents of Lakeside and her team. She is an amazing leader, and Lakeside is blessed to have her here.
According to her manager, it is abundantly clear that Alicia comes to the community each day with a serving heart and a willingness to serve. A way to see how one leads is by observing their team – Alicia’s team is friendly, joyful, smiling, and always offers to help residents more than they are required to do. The staff and residents of Lakeside are very fortunate to have someone with such integrity leading the housekeeping department.
