A University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate from Sioux City, Iowa, Jared is dedicated to serving seniors and empowering his team. Passionate about fostering professional growth, he strives to support employees in achieving their goals and dreams, creating a thriving and fulfilling work environment.

Senior Living Consultant Tiffany Yakes-Starr, an Arboretum team member since August 2022, brings nearly 20 years of experience in senior health-related roles, spanning memory care, Alzheimer's Association, Woodmen Life, Alegent Health, and AseraCare Hospice.

Joining Immanuel in 2021, Teresa Weeder brings a diverse background in social work, real estate, and criminal justice to her role. Specializing in assisting families with relocations to Immanuel's Omaha-area retirement living communities, Teresa's passion lies in crafting creative, individualized solutions tailored to each unique set of needs and desires.
