The Immanuel Quality Council recently hosted their Annual Retreat at the Home Office. Each year, healthcare professionals from accross the Immaunuel orgaization take part in a journey to improve measurable Quality Assurance and Process Improvement in how we serve seniors and each other. Our Quality Council is led by Jennifer Kinney, Corporate Health Care Services Manager and Michelle Diaz, Immnauel Courtyard Executive Director.
