With pet insurance, you get help offsetting the cost of care for more than 6,400 covered medical treatments and services. Here are some plan highlights:

  • Employees can enroll anytime, and plans are issued as individual policies. 

  • Employees can request a quote and enroll for cats and/or dogs by visiting http://www.petinsurance.com/immanuel or PetsNationwide.com and entering their company’s name, or by calling 877-738-7874.

  • For a quote and to enroll birds or exotic pets, employees may call 877-738-7874. 

  • Rates for new enrollments are subject to change anytime. Nationwide will always quote the most current rates.

  • Pre-existing conditions are excluded and will not be covered on any plans

  • Multiple pet discounts: 2 -3 pets:  5% discount, 4 or more pets:  10% discount (shown online)

  • ​Nationwide will directly bill the employee via credit/debit card or bank account info.
