As Trinity Village's Executive Director, Lyndsy Engel brings over 13 years of dedicated service to Immanuel. Starting as the Assisted Living Nurse Supervisor in 2010 and later contributing as a nurse consultant at Immanuel's Home office, Lyndsy's journey led her back to Trinity Village in 2018. Her genuine love for working with seniors and fostering strong connections within the community make every day at Trinity Village a fulfilling and rewarding experience.

Joining Immanuel in 2021, Teresa Weeder brings a diverse background in social work, real estate, and criminal justice to her role. As the Director of Sales, Teresa specializes in assisting families with relocations to Immanuel's retirement living communities. Her passion lies in helping craft creative, individualized solutions tailored to residents' unique sets of needs and desires. Honored to be part of every distinct journey, she finds fulfillment in the diversity of every senior's story.
