Michelle Diaz, Executive Director of Immanuel Village and Immanuel Courtyard, has dedicated nearly 18 years to Immanuel's senior communities, progressing from a medication aide to her current leadership role. With experience in the Executive Director in Training program and a prior role at Immanuel Courtyard, Michelle thrives on serving residents and fostering a family-like atmosphere among staff. Stepping through the door at Immanuel Village, the warm hug-feeling is a testament to the close-knit community she has helped create.
Michaela Diggins
With a career spanning over nine years at Immanuel, Michaela Diggins has evolved from a lead medication aide to her current role as Retirement Living Consultant. Having started as a server in the dining room during high school, Michaela finds deep satisfaction in her work at Immanuel Village, where she makes a meaningful difference for families and their aging loved ones. She values building connections with the residents, their families, and the dedicated staff at Immanuel.
