Angela Parker, MSN, ARNP, AGNP-C, serves as a primary care provider at Immanuel Pathways Southwest Iowa, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Philip Rossi serves as the Program Relationship Manager at Immanuel Pathways of Southwest Iowa. With 11 years in healthcare marketing, seven at Immanuel enhancing the PACE® Program, he advocates for equitable access to quality healthcare. Philip educates the community about PACE® and facilitates access to essential resources.

Dani Swanger, Executive Director of Immanuel Pathways of Southwest Iowa, brings over 17 years of experience in healthcare, including a decade in strategic leadership roles. With a specialized focus on the elderly population, Dani has dedicated five years to elevating healthcare standards within the southwest Iowa market.
