Jarron Bradley
Jarron Bradley has been with Immanuel since August 2020, joining through the acquisition of the Grand Lodge in Lincoln, where he served as a Senior Living Consultant for almost 11 years. Based in Omaha, Jarron appreciates being part of the Immanuel Pathways of Eastern Nebraska team, witnessing their compassionate care and strong leadership firsthand.

Dr. Devin Fox
Before coming to Immanuel, he served as Chief Medical Officer at Creighton University Medical Center Bergan Mercy Hospital. He is a member of the Creighton University School of Medicine faculty and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is active in the Omaha community with service on the Boards of Directors of the Josie Harper Hospice House, the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts, the BLUEBARN Theatre, and the Metro Omaha Medical Society Foundation.
Dr. Natalie Manley
Dr. Natalie A. Manley, MD, MPH, serves as the Medical Director for Immanuel Pathways, embodying a steadfast commitment to compassionate geriatric care. With a medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and specialized training in geriatrics from the University of Utah, Dr. Manley brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Focused on interdisciplinary care management for older adults, including those with complex medical conditions and dementia, she prioritizes the values and preferences of each individual. Dr. Manley's dedication to supporting caregivers underscores her holistic approach to geriatric medicine, ensuring that each person receives care that aligns with their unique needs and desires.
Jennifer Ramey
Jennifer Ramey, a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in adult-gerontology, earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Saint Louis University. With almost two decades of healthcare experience, she's been a primary care provider at PACE® since 2014. Jen values PACE®'s holistic and interdisciplinary approach to promoting quality of life for participants.
Maelene Schuhmacher-Omar
Maelene Schuhmacher-Omar holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Minot State University, a master's degree in human services from Liberty University, and a doctorate in nursing practice from Nebraska Methodist College. Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she's pursuing a master's degree in healthcare administration at Liberty University. Passionate about adult and geriatric care, she advocates for PACE®, emphasizing its holistic approach to health, addressing both clinical and non-clinical needs to improve outcomes and quality of life.
Amber Welch
Amber Welch DNP-APRN, AGPCNP-BC, graduated with a doctorate of nursing practice from Creighton University in 2017. Joining Immanuel Pathways Omaha in 2019, she's committed to helping seniors age with dignity, enabling them to stay at home. Her passion for elderly care drives her dedication to the community.
