Carla Abendroth
Carla Abendroth, a Nebraska farm girl from the Northeast, ventured to Lincoln to attend UNL and has been married for nearly 35 years. With over 40 years dedicated to working with older individuals, Carla worked at Yankee Hill Village (formerly Clark Jeary) for 30 years, 19 of which as the Senior Living Consultant for 19 years. Her commitment reflects a longstanding passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.

Melissa Ryan
Melissa Ryan, Executive Director at Yankee Hill Village, holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Illinois Chicago and has been a licensed mental health counselor for over 10 years. With a background as a nursing home admissions director and rehabilitation social worker, Melissa transitioned to creating a culture of dignity and joy within retirement communities. Serving at Yankee Hill for more than five years, she cherishes family time, adventures with friends, and immersing herself in a good book.

Teri Vosicky
Teri Vosicky has been a valued member of the Immanuel team for over five years, serving as the Regional Retirement Living Consultant and providing support Immanuel’s communities in Lincoln, Nebraska. Originally from Omaha and raised in central Nebraska, Teri earned a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln after attending Cottey College. She now calls Lincoln home, where she enjoys life with her husband, Jim, their daughter, Anna, and their Beagle, Maisy.
