Kim Mason
Kim Mason, originally from southwest Iowa, began her healthcare journey as an RN. After earning a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, she joined Deerfield retirement community in 2018. With Immanuel's acquisition, Kim embraced the role of executive director and cherishes every moment of this fulfilling experience, eagerly anticipating the future endeavors of Immanuel and Deerfield.
Taylor Hagedorn
Taylor Hagedorn is a seasoned Retirement Living Consultant who brings extensive experience to Deerfield. Committed to Immanuel's core values, Taylor provides knowledgeable support to seniors and their loved ones who are navigating retirement living, ensuring a seamless transition with empathy and expertise.
Bob Brichetto
A Des Moines local for over 50 years, Bob Brichetto originally hails from Chicago. He is a proud Hoover High School alum and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in the 1980s. With a decade-long tenure at Deerfield, where both his parents resided — his father for three months and my mother for over seven years — Bob brings a deep personal connection and commitment to the Deerfield community.
