Time Off Benefits

Leave of Absence & Parental Leave

Leave of Absence and Parental Leave are essential benefits that provide employees with the necessary time off to manage significant life events. A Leave of Absence allows employees to take extended time away from work for medical reasons, family care, or personal matters, ensuring they have the support needed during challenging times. Parental Leave specifically offers time off for welcoming a new child through birth or adoption, allowing employees to bond with their growing family without the pressure of work. Both benefits are designed to prioritize well-being and ensure that employees can return to work feeling supported and ready to thrive.

If you cannot work due to a medical condition, illness or injury, disability insurance can help replace your income. Immanuel provides basic short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost to eligible employees, so you have supplemental pay when you need it most to help cover your everyday bills and expenses.
