The CHRIST Promises Award is a quarterly award presented to outstanding co-workers nominated by their peers. The recipient of this award exhibits Immanuel’s standards of Compassion, Honor, Relationships, Integrity, Service, and Teamwork.
The Trinity Campus' recipient for this quarter is Ana Castañeda de Castro. Ana consistently goes above and beyond in her role and is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it is needed. Whether it's taking on extra tasks, responding to unexpected cleaning needs, or stepping in to assist during busy times, Ana does so with a positive attitude and without complaint.
One of the qualities that makes Ana stand out is her commitment to ensuring residents receive seamless service. She is proactive in communicating changes to the housekeeping schedule due to holidays or vacations and often reminds team members to share updates with residents so they know what to expect. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach help create a better experience for everyone she serves.
Ana is known for her strong work ethic and reliability. She approaches every task with professionalism, takes pride in her work, and is always willing to help wherever she is needed. Her dedication does not go unnoticed by her coworkers, who describe her as a true gem and someone they can always count on.
