The care partners at Trinity Village recently enjoyed some well-deserved time together at Smash Park, complete with duckpin bowling, a delicious meal, and plenty of fun!
A huge thank you to Immanuel Courtyard for sharing several of their care partners with us so our team could enjoy this outing while Trinity Village residents continued to receive the care and support they needed.
