Please join us in congratulating Bee Leone, Trinity Village's newest Just Culture G.O.A.T. Award recipient!

Bee was recognized for doing exactly what we want all team members to feel empowered to do: pause, ask questions, and speak up when something doesn’t seem quite right. By taking the time to double‑check and involve her team, she helped ensure the right outcome and kept safety at the center of her work.

Her thoughtful approach and willingness to raise concerns are powerful examples of how we support one another and look out for both our residents and our colleagues every day.

Thank you, Bee, for leading by example and for helping strengthen our Just Culture!
