The CHRIST Promises Award is a quarterly award granted to outstanding co-workers nominated by their peers. This award meets the Immanuel standard of compassion, honor, relationships, integrity, serve, and teamwork.
Presaiah Correa is a freshman at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln pursuing a degree in secondary education. She has been a valued member of The Landing dining team for over three years. She was promoted to lead server just over a year ago, a role in which she continues to grow in her strong leadership skills.
She plays a vital role in welcoming and training new team members, helping to foster a positive and inclusive culture. Her servant heart shines through in everything she does, both on and off the job. Most recently, Presaiah volunteered to lead a group of young girls at a Young Life camp, a testament to her dedication to uplifting others.
The nominator stated, “Presaiah is always working to help others and is never afraid to lend a helping hand when her co-workers, residents, or other staff around The Landing need help. She is constantly working to improve at every aspect of her job so that she can provide the best service possible.”
Presaiah has a heart of gold, and it shows in her words, actions, and the impact she makes every day.
Thank you for all you do, Presaiah!
We are happy to have you on our team. Congratulations on being named the fourth quarter CHRIST Promises Award recipient.
