The CHRIST Promises Award is a quarterly recognition given to outstanding co-workers who are nominated by their peers. This award honors team members who exemplify Immanuel's values of Compassion, Honor, Relationships, Integrity, Service, and Teamwork.

This quarter's recipient consistently lives out Immanuel's Mission and CHRIST Promises each day she comes to work. A valued member of both Pacific Springs and Immanuel for more than 17 years, our award winner is Hollie Salsbury, Lead LPN at Pacific Springs.

What the nominations said:

"Hollie is always working hard to serve those around her. She is a true leader with a servant heart. You can trust that she will know what to do in most situations, and she has a calm, positive attitude that is encouraging to be around."

Another nominator shared:

"Hollie exemplifies the Serve promise each day by consistently putting the best interests of both residents and staff at the forefront of everything she does. She regularly goes above and beyond to provide supportive leadership to our care partners, and I have complete confidence in her judgment because of her expertise in managing resident care plans and leading care staff effectively.

She thoughtfully balances the challenges associated with high-acuity care needs while ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care. At the same time, she remains mindful of the impact these demands can have on team members and works to support them accordingly.

In addition to her leadership abilities, Hollie is warm, approachable, and engaging when meeting with prospective residents and their families. She takes the time to understand their care needs and expectations, helping them feel informed and comfortable throughout the decision-making process. Recently, she spent time with a prospective Memory Support resident, helping him feel at ease and confident about making the transition to our community.

Her transparency, honesty, and willingness to make time for unscheduled conversations are greatly appreciated by prospects and families alike. Hollie is genuinely admired by residents and staff. She is hardworking, kind, and deeply caring in all that she does. Her dedication, professionalism, and servant-hearted approach make her an invaluable asset to our community. I truly believe she is deserving of this recognition and a blessing to everyone she serves."

Hollie is a valued member of our team and a truly deserving recipient of the Pacific Springs quarterly CHRIST Promises Award.

Congratulations, Hollie!
