The Just Culture Award, launched last July by Grand Lodge's Just Culture Champion, Jessica Prichard, recognizes team members who are nominated by their peers who demonstrate exceptional awareness by identifying potential risks, making “good catches,” and speaking up about near misses.
A unique part of this recognition is a traveling plaque, beautifully handcrafted by one of our Grand Lodge residents, along with 8 hours of PTO for each recipient. Each month, the plaque is passed on to our newest honorees.
We are excited to recognize this month’s recipients:
Kari Kingston – for identifying driver sheets containing personal information that had been left in a restroom, helping protect confidentiality.
Monica Mohlman – for catching a pharmacy entry error that could have led to a medication mistake, helping ensure resident safety.
