To celebrate Grand Lodge being fully reserved, Lanea DeBaets and Sydney Schoening went around the community with some coffee and energy drinks for our amazing team. After all, if the building is full, the staff deserves to be fully fueled!
While helping residents find their new home is part of what we do, keeping Grand Lodge full is truly a team effort. Residents choose Grand Lodge for many reasons, but they stay because of the care, kindness, and sense of community that each department creates every day. When we're full, the dining room is buzzing with conversation, the Thrive Center is packed with activity, and our events are filled with smiling faces.
Thank you to every team member who contributes to that experience. This achievement reflects the hard work of our entire staff, and we're grateful to celebrate. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the care you provide every day. This milestone belongs to all of us, and we couldn't have done it without you!
